Markets are trying to setup for an upside breakout soon. At this point about a fourth of the stocks that the Climate Tech Model follows are in solidly bullish patterns.

Overall, I would say that the bulk of the stocks that the Model follows are in what I would term a transition stage, manipulated fundamental/intuitive, bullish stage.

I will confirm when the time arrives when the technical traders will start to feel comfortable and start pushing markets higher.
