Elections have Consequences

It is with a certain amount of sadness that I monitor the performance of my climate tech model.

I made changes to the model after Trump was elected, primarily by unplugging economic inputs, like employment, GDP, etc, and adding intuitive psychological manipulative factors as the primary inputs. The signals it has produced with the new format have provided strong performance, beating the S&P by a factor of over 2.6 times. While that is good to watch, it is sad in terms of the real economy and the environment that Trump has created for the people of this country.

Almost a year ago, March 7, 2025, we posted this assessment of the Trump Environment and Economy that we anticipated would be in our sights.

See: 2025 Understanding Trump…Mar. 7, 2025 – Eureka Perspectives.

We retained this post on the website and Pinned it to our Twitter thread a year ago, as what it outlined is still relevant.
