I keep saying, the RUT / NDQ ratio tells the story. 0.1050 on a close will be a big deal. We have seen 0.1039 in the past day, sitting at 0.1029 at the moment, 11:00 AM CDT.

For reasons I have outlined in the past few days, the monetary market drivers are positive, but the atmosphere still struggles to feel good.
