The Market Believes it can Live with a rate Hike

Or so it would appear. It is only going to be a quarter point.  How can that make a difference?

Hopefully that should allow the rally to the 2033 level on the S&P to occur in the next week.  And then we will have fulfilled the technical bounce criteria.
