Will the Central Banks Cave?

There is a lot of chatter about Evergrande. I would suggest that this company/stock is just an example of far bigger problems in the Macro economy. The real question is whether the Central Banks, China, US, ECB, will risk trying to save Evergrande with more funny money. We will see.

If the Central Banks do react, I think they run a real risk of spooking the markets. It would be better if they let it go bankrupt.

In the meantime, stocks continue their early stage rollover, no crash yet, need to wait for 50 day averages to turn down in Nasdaq 100 and FANG stocks, not there yet. Overnight we are seeing big runups in stocks and interest rates, more excitement when the day session opens.
