Does the Infrastructure Bill change things for the Bubble ?

My view is that it does move the money around within the Bubble, but the Bubble is still intact and the pressure against the bubble boundary top that commenced on July 26 is still there.

Here is the chart of the infrastructure index that we created and follow, (made up of four stocks that are central inputs to the infrastructure play; CLF, CAT, XLE, and FCX). What is obvious is that the core infrastructure stock price move started the week before Biden’s obvious victory, October 26, 2020, and topped the week of May 10, 2021, the week that the composite market index topped (see area highlighted in red). The little retest over the past three weeks of those may highs appears to be reaching resistance.
