We are Still in the Early Sell

The past few days we have seen a bit of a sell-off that will at some point be viewed as the start of the un-winding. As you can see from the chart below, we are still trading the early pattern phase of the market sell-off which started on August 7, 2020. The hard sell signal phase is coming.

Beyond either being out or short the market, who know what this means. The hyper market manipulation pattern that started 3 1/2 years will no doubt be with us. As the chart shows, the “Raw Influence” blue line is decidedly pointing down. At the same time the green “smoothed signal line has to as yet crossed below the yellow “trigger line”. So we are early and there will be a lot of volatility.
