Where are the Reserve Assets? why are we bailing out the policies of the past 40 years generally, and past 9 years specifically?

What happened to all the corporate reserves?

Why cannot business survive for four months with zero revenue.

Maybe the cure is quite simple. Reverse the buybacks for publicly owned companies. Sell stock to get more equity, and probably at a price below current price levels.
