It Doesn’t Matter if the FED Raises or Doesn’t Raise, Stocks are headed Lower

The market is trying to say today that the Walmart crash is about the effect of a strong dollar.  This could push the dollar index down to the low 90’s, but the Dollar Macro is still pointing higher.  In reality Walmart is probably one of the biggest factors destroying Main Street over the past 30 years.
