So Why is the Market Gong to Rally Now ?

1)  Is it becasue the market and most participants thought that there would be a last minute deal and so everybody is long ? NO.

2) Is it because we get to see this all again after Christmas?  PROBABLY NOT.

3) Is it because we lost 17 days of government productivity and we are still going to pay everybody ?  NO.

4) Is it because any new deal will include Republicans trying to cut more out of the middle class and still try not to increase revenues ? NO.

5) Is it becasuse corporate revenues are lagging as the middle class consumer is being beat up ?  A definite NO.
