Looming Austerity

There is nothing but old news these days.  This country is plodding towards austerity because the populace is probably going to vote it in this fall, in effect shooting themselves in the foot.  It has happened before and it will happen again.  In the meantime I guess one should rejoice in the moment, maybe do a little texting on our i-phones as this unfolds.
