Pre-Conditions in Play

While we rarely talk about short term indicators, the markets, based on the S&P 500, have triggered pre-conditions for our Flash Crash program.  This is the first time since December 21st 2012.  That pre-condition setup only had a few days follow through and there is no way to know if the current situation will be like that one or really signal a big move.
