Pay attention to the valuation tiers

1360 on the S&P 500 is the swing point between overvalue and undervalue.  As such the area of maximum market activity is 1335 to 1385, we have seen both sides of this area in the last two days.  Trading above this range starts to increase your long side risk substantially.
