You cannot Fight Deflation with Lower Interest Rates

That is what Japan is learning.  It is what the FED has learned but is afraid to address. How many times do we have to say this.

And now we have GDP at 0.5 % for the first Quarter.  How much does it take to get the FED to start normalizing the rates and take the medicine.

Oh, maybe it was the meeting that Obama and Yellen had recently, maybe they both want the medicine to wait until Clinton gets in.  Guess what, the illness will not go away, the medicine will come too late and we will be looking at a Trump Presidency.  That will fix things once and for all.
