Outside Day, End of the Line

Today, we are seeing the short bond ETF TBT and stock ETF’s like SPY and QQQ making higher highes, lower lows, and what will probably be lower closes.  More importantly the summer rally on extremely light volume is at the end.  The Granville On Balance Volume indicators have continually indicated that this is an example of traders and investors half heartedly looking for something to do when they probably should have spent their time at the beach.
