A Quiet Top or just a Transition ?

Yesterday we sold out half of our stock positions.  Based on some of our forecasts the level of 1292 on the S&P is a possible top for the year.  The market seems too quiet for this to be true but in either case we lightened up to survey the landscape. 

We are making some updates to the website which has gone virtually unchanged since we began this in January 2008.  Our new forecasts will be part of the change rollout.
