Market Outlook Reviewed

While about half the markets we keep tabs on here have overshot their anticipated yearly ranges by two to three percent we maintain the low volatility outlook and will eventually produce new ranges with the bottom side pulled up by the two to three percent numbers where needed.

Probably the most interesting aspect of the market move since September 1 has been the no pullback effect.  Of the eleven computer strategies that we track on the S&P, eight have not given a sell signal during the duration.  Obvioulsy, when that does happen it will mean something, or maybe not.
