That was the Summer Rally

Yesterdays highs saw the major indexes push up to the 44 to 48 percent level, almost the middle of the traditional 38 to 62 percent bounce levels.  Lower housing starts may temper things a bit, but with house prices still well below the 2007 highs their doesn’t seem to be a shortage.  In my opinion the construction companies should now direct their attention to the installation of US manufactured solar panels on all the extra houses they built after 2002.
